The Executive Track
Youth Leadership & Mentorship
Preparing Today’s Youth to be Tomorrow’s Executives
Program Description:
The Executive Track is a FREE leadership development program designed for youth (grades 7-11) who are curious about what it truly takes to be a successful leader. Participants will meet monthly to explore how executives make critical decisions, set priorities, lead teams, and solve real-world challenges, while developing essential skills such as confidence, strategic thinking, communication, and resilience.
A key component of this program is self-exploration and developing leadership skills that are often unspoken but can create significant barriers to future success. This program addresses those gaps by creating a space where youth and accomplished professionals can learn with and from one another.
