James Gorman, science teacher at Nipmuc Regional High School in Upton, MA was recently selected as the Massachusetts STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) Teacher of the Year. Chairman and CEO of The Patriots Hall of Fame, Robert Kraft presented James with this honor last week. As this year’s recipient, Nipmuc Regional High School receives $5,000 from the Patriots Foundation in his name to be used for STEM education. Mr. Gorman is also appointed to Governor Maura Healey’s STEM Advisory Council, chaired by Lt. Governor Kim Driscoll.
