Ruth Ayres is the director of The Lead Learners, a professional learning network that builds the skills and confidence of instructional influencers. She is also the editor in chief of Choice Literacy, a former K-12 instructional coach, and a middle school language arts teacher in northern Indiana. If you boil down her career, you will find she’s in the business of story. She works alongside teachers in classrooms, conferences, and schools across the United States, helping them learn how to empower children to grow and shine.
