We help districts strengthen what they already have, build new opportunities for students, and connect the people, partners, funding, and resources needed to move ideas into practice.
Partnered School Program
A comprehensive partnership for districts that want more capacity, stronger employer connections, and expanded career-connected learning.
BV Hub works alongside district leadership to identify priorities and build practical supports around local goals, staffing, funding, and student needs.

Partnered Schools can access ongoing support with career awareness, work-based learning, employer engagement, pathway development, regional opportunities, program planning, and BV Hub resources.
Sutton Academy
A district-based model for hands-on career and technical learning.
Launching in the 2026–27 school year, BV Hub is partnering with Sutton Public Schools to design and deliver a career-connected learning model for middle and high school students through applied coursework, industry connections, technical skill development, and pathway exploration.

The initiative is supported through funding sponsored by State Senator Ryan Fattman and awarded through Massachusetts Fair Share Amendment investments under Governor Healey’s administration.
Other districts can work with BV Hub to explore customized academy models, pathway programs, regional collaborations, or smaller-scale versions built around their own priorities and resources.
Connecting Activities
Connecting students to employers, career experiences, and the world of work.
BV Hub helps schools expand career awareness, work-based learning, internships, workplace experiences, and employer connections.

We support Tier II Central MassHire districts with employer outreach, student opportunities, and regional career-connected learning events that complement existing college-and-career readiness efforts.
BioMystery
An immersive introduction to biotechnology and life sciences careers.
Launching in 2026 with support from the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center, BioMystery combines hands-on investigation, problem-solving, and arts-integrated learning to introduce students to biotechnology, life sciences careers, and the science behind real-world challenges.
Schools can participate through scheduled workshops and regional programming.
Manufacturing Mash-Up
Connecting students with advanced manufacturing, engineering, and the people behind the industry.
BV Hub leads the student activities portion of the statewide Manufacturing Mash-Up, a MassTech/CAMS event that brings students, educators, employers, and industry partners together around advanced manufacturing careers and innovation.

Student participation is supported through Massachusetts Executive Office of Education STEM Week grant funding and additional sponsors and donors.
​
Through hands-on activities, employer engagement, and career exploration, students gain exposure to modern manufacturing, engineering, technology, and the wide range of careers available across the industry.
Add-On & À La Carte Services
Flexible support for schools that need something specific.
Districts can work with BV Hub for individual services, workshops, certifications, technical programming, employer engagement, regional classes, facility use, and custom projects.

Offerings can be tailored around district priorities, student needs, staffing, and available resources.
Partnered Schools may receive preferred access, reduced pricing, or included services depending on the program.
Other Ways Schools Connect with BV Hub
Schools are often important partners beyond our direct school programs.
Through YouthWorks, schools help connect eligible students to paid employment, training, and career experiences.
Through YAWD, schools may refer participants, help identify candidates, and sometimes serve as employment or work-experience sites for young people who need a more individualized bridge to work, training, or continued education.
