Thinking About Internships for January–May 2026? YouthWorks Applications Are Open!

Do you have students planning ahead for internship opportunities this coming January–May? If so, we encourage them to explore YouthWorks, a paid internship program designed to help young people build valuable work experience while receiving meaningful support along the way.

Why YouthWorks?

YouthWorks offers students more than just a paycheck, although they will be paid for their time! Participants also benefit from:

• Signal Success employability training, which helps students build essential workplace skills.

• Ongoing support and case management from BV Hub staff to guide them through any challenges and help them make the most of their experience.
  

Eligibility Requirements

Students must meet specific criteria to qualify for YouthWorks. Full details can be found in the YouthWorks Application Information document.

A key requirement is household income eligibility. Students must fall below 200% of the federal poverty level.  If a student is unsure whether they qualify, we’re here to help. Reach out to us for assistance with:
