Gianni Adames Launches His Manufacturing Career

Grafton Job Corps student Gianni Adames has successfully completed the Advanced

Manufacturing trade after completing his classroom instruction and hands-on technical training at the Blackstone Valley Hub for Workforce Development.

Throughout his training, Gianni demonstrated dedication and commitment to developing the skills necessary for a successful career in manufacturing.

He achieved an impressive milestone by successfully earning three National Institute for Metalworking Skills (NIMS) certifications:

•  Measurement, Materials & Safety

•  CNC Mill Operator

•  CNC Lathe Operator
  

Adding to his accomplishments, Gianni was also accepted into a full-time Work-Based Learning (WBL) assignment at Algonquin Industries, where he will have the opportunity to apply his

newly acquired skills in a professional manufacturing environment while gaining valuable industry experience.

Congratulations to Gianni on completing the trade, earning three industry-recognized

certifications, and taking this important next step toward a career in Advanced Manufacturing!
